1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 777 com platform ("Platform") and all services provided under it. By registering on 777 com, playing any game, participating in betting activities, or completing a financial transaction, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Relevant Definitions

"Platform" — The 777 com website, mobile application, and all related digital channels.
"User" — Any active or inactive member registered on the Platform.
"Services" — Casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities provided by 777 com.
"Account" — A user's personal registered account on the Platform.
"Balance" — The total amount held in a user's account, including both real money and bonus funds.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on 777 com:

You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and must not be subject to any legal restriction on using this platform.
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, 777 com reserves the right to close all of them.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. An account opened with false information may be closed at any time.
If a national identity card or other supporting documents are requested for account verification, they must be provided.

2.1 Identity Verification

To maintain a safe environment, 777 com may request identity verification from a user at any time. Withdrawals and certain services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is carried out for the user's own protection.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials completely confidential. The following points are important to keep in mind:

Sharing or disclosing your username and password to anyone is prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
The user is responsible for all activities carried out from their account.
Special caution must be taken when logging in from a third-party device or public network.

777 com will never ask for a user's password by email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, refuse it outright and report it to support.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the 777 com platform can be made using bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be added to the platform balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
For bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

If a suspicious transaction is identified, 777 com reserves the right to request additional information or place the transaction on hold for verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members on 777 com receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. It is important to understand the bonus terms before accepting.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, wagering of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
Each bonus can be claimed only once per user, per household, or per IP address.
Bonus funds are never paid out directly as cash; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.

5.3 VIP Cashback

777 com's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier. Bronze members receive up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week.

6 Gaming Rules

The 777 com platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and various other game types. Separate rules may apply for each game category.

All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be finalized according to the server log.
If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, 777 com reserves the right to correct it.
In sports betting, specific betting rules apply for each event.
Live casino games include titles from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other verified providers.

6.1 Right to Void Bets

777 com reserves the right to void or review bets in the following circumstances:

Bets placed due to clearly incorrect odds or a technical issue.
Where there is suspicion that the outcome of an event or game was known in advance.
Where evidence of any form of manipulation or improper conduct is found.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777 com:

Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to bet or play games.
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
Misleading or defrauding other users.
Coordinated betting to circumvent bonus terms.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Placing bets on behalf of anyone under 21 or helping them access the services.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

777 com may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Any clause of these Terms is violated.
Registration was completed using false or misleading information.
The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
At the user's own request.

8.1 Balance Upon Suspension

Before an account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance, unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of these Terms. In disputed cases, the dispute resolution process must be followed.

9 Responsible Gaming

777 com believes that gaming and betting are a form of entertainment only. The platform has several protective measures to support responsible gaming, such as setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, and taking breaks.

Gaming should never be treated as a source of income.
Avoid placing bets beyond your means.
If you have concerns about your gaming activity, contact the support team.
No one under the age of 21 may access the platform, and it is also the responsibility of adult users to ensure this.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of users' personal data is described in detail in 777 com's Privacy Policy. That policy is also considered an integral part of these Terms.

All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.
Users' personal data will never be sold to third parties.
In certain cases, information may need to be provided to authorities due to legal obligations.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute, first contact the support team via 777 com's 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English.

11.1 Dispute Filing Deadline

Complaints regarding any incident must be filed within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this deadline may not be considered.

12 Amendment of Terms

777 com reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. The new version will be published on the platform after any change. Continued use of the platform after a change means the user has accepted the revised terms.

For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users in advance by email or through the platform. However, in urgent situations, changes may take effect without prior notice.
